Overall great experience
The overall experience is great, it's like being on a full-fledged vacation 10km from home
The place is so busy that having only one of the two lifts functioning made for long waits. The staff are professional and kind but not particularly warm. The buffet in the morning was absolutely overrun and they ran out of basic items quickly like napkins and trays

Enjoy the facilities, but NEVER ever dine in there.
Fantastic swimming pool, fun indoor playroom and shows for kids
The shower was stinky. Staff explained that they had some problems about the sewage. Dining experience at the Grand Cafe was terrible, making it a punishment to eat there: 1. Staff took away our plates when we went forward to see the performance on the stage. The cafe was not busy, our belongings were still at the table, and the plates were at least half full. Their action did not make any sense. 2. I ordered a yoghurt strawberry smoothie. They brought me a glass of strawberry drink. The drink was nothing like the picture on the menu and it didn't have yoghurt at all. I felt very cheated. At least sell something that is in line with menu description, please! 3. There was a piece of glass shard under our table. It was dangerous since the cafe was full of children running around. I gave the glass shard to the staff. The lady only looked confused and didn't get why it was not O.K..

Great stay at the Noord Zee for the weekend.
The location and the sea view were amazing. The location is not too far from the train station. The 15 euro breakfast buffet is more than worth it. Good unlimited food.
The bathroom sink was clogged up so the water stayed in the sink for quite some time.
